Phoenix Contractors traces its origins to The Phoenix Company, a commercial real estate development and management firm specializing in renovation properties. Bill Kinley founded The Phoenix Company in 1979, establishing Phoenix Contractors as a separate enterprise five years later. Since then, we have completed over 1,200 construction and renovation projects throughout Southeast Michigan.
