UM Clements Library Renovation Starts

Phoenix was awarded a $11.7M contract for the renovation and underground addition to the venerable Clements Library Building, designed by Albert Kahn in 1923, on South University in Ann Arbor.  The project is expected to be completed in 20 months, and is the most significant work to the building since it was originally constructed.  http://www.clements.umich.edu/renovation.php
