Responding to a client need for a cost-efficient office and distribution building in a short time, Phoenix employed a design/build process to construct this pre-engineered steel framed structure in only 7 months from initial design to move-in at a cost of $922,000. The basic requirements of 15,000 square feet of warehouse and 3,000 square feet of office met the needs of this successful company which provides fulfillment service to businesses throughout the country.
