The Phoenix Company acquired the downtown Saline building now called Merchant Square, and Phoenix Contractors renovated it from top to bottom, inside and out, with new façade treatments, storefronts, lighting, color, and interior work.
The building has multiple retail storefronts on the first floor, as well as rear-accessed storefronts, most with some basement storage space. The second floor contains 15 apartment units.
