St. Louis Center is a caring residential community for people with intellectual and developmental challenges. Phoenix Contractors was pleased and honored to construct the center’s 4,400-square-foot office addition. We successfully conducted and completed our work while St. Louis Center’s staff continued to provide services to resident with no disruption to normal operations.
