The Towsley Center at the University of Michigan offers day care for children of university employees. The building was completed by Phoenix in late 2009 and replaces two houses that were joined in 1969 by Margaret Towsley to provide innovative child care.

Phoenix Senior Project Manager Brian Wright worked with architects Integrated Design Solutions to construct the 35,000 square foot building, which was completed within a 12-month period.
