Phoenix Contractors joined with the University of Michigan and the Lord, Aeck & Sargent architectural firm on the full restoration of the Cook Law Library at Hutchins Hall in Ann Arbor. Improving the library’s lighting over the original scheme (on the left in the before/after image) was of particular concern.

The project was nominated for a 2009 Pyramid Award for Best Project Team from the Washtenaw Contractors Association.
