Phoenix is pleased to have been Construction Manager for the $2.5M addition to the warehouse, which includes the second-largest freezer in Michigan, among other features. Mark Hiser was Project Manager and Chris Love Superintendent, working closely with Architect David Esau and Client Rep Gary Bruder, the same team that recently completed the 32-unit Pauline Apartments for Avalon Housing.
