UM Towsley Child Care Center Nears Completion

Located on Forest Avenue, one block South of South University, the attractive building replaces the original structure that consisted of two houses joined together 40 years ago to provide child care for UM personnel.  The design evokes a “shingle style” architecture that fits well in the North Burns Park area.

UM Wrestling Center Previewed

A private preview for UM leaders and donors was held on November 23, and received rave reviews.  The elaborate facility is located off South State Street near the Track and Tennis Building, and is scheduled for completion by mid-December.

Avalon Housing Celebrates Pear Street

Fifth Third Bank Branch Completed

You can bank on Phoenix, which has built over 20 branches in Southeast Michigan in the last few years.  The latest, on Grand River in Novi, is the third project constructed for Fifth Third.

Memory Support Center Completed

The Brecon Village senior complex in Saline celebrated its new Memory Support Center with a recent ribbon-cutting and dedication.  Harley Ellis designed the 35,000 square feet building, which had a construction cost of $9,000,000.
